Fresh and fuzzy, the herbaceous elements blend perfectly with the juicy fruit and acid to create a serious ros that doesnt lack for flavour and refreshment. Pop a bottle in the sunshine alongside some oysters, or kingfish ceviche with pink grapefruit.
