Mounting to the handlebars, they are centered over the front wheels with forward facing hand extensions outfitted with comfortable anti slip foam grips. They have three inches of height adjustment and can be moved in and out for wider or narrower hand positions. They also serve as a great place to mount mirrors and do not interfere
