Fermentation was carried out with native yeast and 100% whole clusters included

with part in Fleurie and part in Chiroubles

The wine rested in tank for one night

2022 Ruben Diaz, 'Paso de Cebra' Garnacha, Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León AMI We propose a "Zen" versionAll garnacha from 5 vineyards ranging in age from 60 to over 100 years old. 4 plots are on sandy granite based soils and 1 is on schist. The grapes are all destemmed and fermented together with native yeasts in 5000L concrete tank.
