Soil: Silty clay limestone Elevation: 230 240 meters Exposure: Southeast Vinification: Manual harvest, no added yeasts or enzymes, very rarely any btonnage, cold and very slow fermentations (late occurring Malo) Maturation: 18 months (20 25% new oak), fined and filtered only when necessary Wines arrive mid to late
