Today the wine remains quite fresh and in need of further bottle age
There is enough wood to merit mentioning but not so much as to overshadow the vaguely exotic and ripe aromas of white peach
The bouquet impeccably follows the Nebbiolo playlist with a filigree of wild fruit layered into aniseed
This needs to develop better depth but that should reasonably happen if given a few years of bottle aging
