Note that this well-made effort is going to require at least a few years of patience first
crisp yellow apple
The 2000 La Dominique is a wine that I thoroughly enjoyed out of barrel but never tasted in bottle
and the 2022 El Escolladero is slightly higher in alcohol than the 2021 at 14
This should also drink reasonably well young but amply reward longer-term cellaring as well
Talley, Pinot Noir Rincon Vintage:2019 Note that this well-made effortThe 2019 Pinot Noir Rincon Vineyard shows slightly more fruit on the nose and is a softer, more up front wine. Framboise, flowers, salty sea breeze, and spicy notes all define the nose, and its fresh and lively on the palate, with medium bodied richness. I like it today, yet I suspect it will be even better with a year or two in bottle and should drink brilliantly through 2031.
